Little Bay™ lobster has been at the forefront of marine stewardship and environmental practices for the past 20 years. Little Bay™ is an active participating member of the Atlantic Offshore Lobster Association (AOLA) and Maine Lobstermen's Association (MLA). We have set a precedent within the industry for implementing Best Management Practices to maintain and sustain live lobster stocks along the North Atlantic coast.
Our concern for the environment and for the lobsters themselves combined with our commitment to being the industry leader in innovation ensures that future generations will continue to enjoy the best lobsters in the world. We take care to consider all environmental factors in every aspect of our business, using environmentally friendly traps, handling each lobster individually and with care, and working closely with all of the industry associations in developing the most responsible fishing practices to ensure that our great resource is maintained for all of the future generations.
